Gloucester Homecare Services are a local company that provide support to people who wish to remain in there own homes.
. We are a small private/independent company and not part of a big group. We support people within the Gloucester and surrounding areas. From small amounts of support needed right up to a more complex care package, we are here to help.
Our aim is to enable our service users to stay in there own homes for as long as they require and to keep them safe. We work hard to ensure that you feel at ease with our staff and encourage continuity by supporting you to have regular carers to visit you at a time that suits you and your needs. Our care workers provide person-centered care, including assisting with tasks such as: washing and dressing, showering and bathing, meal preparation, assistance with medication, household tasks, laundry and shopping.
Here at Gloucester Homecare Services we aim to provide a high standard of care to our service users who wish to live independently in their own homes as we recognise that our services need to be as individual as our clients. Our principles are easy. We care for you how we would expect to be cared for ourselves.
We will work with our service users to an agreed care plan to ensure all aspects of their care needs are met whilst ensuring they strive towards recovery and maintain independence. We will continue to assess any changing needs of our service users and respond in a sensitive manner.
Our service users can expect us... To treat them as individuals and respect the choices they have made and help and encourage them to meet any realistic goals they have set for themselves.
To respect their homes and belongings and remember that we are visitors and act accordingly.
To provide support to carers, friends and family where needed and respect their views and influences on service developments.
